How do I know how many hours I’ll need?
I recommend that we set up a quick chat to discuss your goals and how we can help. From there, we can give you a ballpark range on how long the task(s) will take to complete.
What types of tasks can I use bundled hours for?
Bundled hours can be used for anything within our service offerings—brand tweaks, web edits, email setup, automation, content templates, and more. It’s your flexible support bank.
Do bundled hours expire?
Yes, but only after 3 months. We want you to use your hours at your pace, but this timeframe keeps projects moving and calendars open.
Can I add hours later if I run out?
Absolutely! My bundled hours are 5 hours and 10 hours. Let us know how many hours you’d like to add to your project.
Will I get a breakdown of how my time was used?
Yes. Once you’re a client of Marstaller Creative, you’ll gain access to your own Portal. Your portal will show you exactly what I am working on, how many hours I’ve spent on it, and the remaining budget/hours left.
What if I need more involved support later?
If your needs grow beyond à la carte work, you can easily shift to one of our full-service packages. We’ll even credit unused bundled hours toward your new plan if applicable.
